My phone was recently updated with the new update and now I am not able to use adtvr? Please help and let me know what we need to do to get this up and running .

I just spent money to upgrade this program to windows 10 and now have the issue that it is incompatible with iOS 11 Update your software or issue refunds for those of us that have updated the program and are now looking at something that is compatible with the remote viewing done on the new iPhone platform. Customer service replied that they had no date that this would be updated. Not acceptable

Can you please update the app?? We have been using this app for a couple of years now and loved it. But since the new 11.0 iOS update we can no longer access our cameras. I really don’t want to go to another app. But if the issue isn’t resolved soon we will have no choice. 😓

I love this app! But with new iOS 11 update it will not work! Hate to have to change! PLEASE UPDATE APP so it will work!

Yeah apple warned me but this app was nice to check up on my business. I will probably have to switch alarm companies soon because yeah it’s that important

This app is not compatible with OS10 or OS11. The developer needs to update it.

I pay a good amount of money for this service. I am really disappointed that they dropped the ball to get an update for the new iOS on time. Please let your customers know the progress and when we can expect service to continue...

Updated my phone and the app no longer works. I am not able to monitor my business any more!

My wife and I use it all the time to keep an eye on her businesses. However, the fact that it may not be compatible with the upcoming iOS 11 means we may have to switch monitoring companies. I contacted American Dynamics but haven't received an answer regarding this issue.

The TVR is a great recorder and the iOS apps make it better. Being able to control bandwidth remotely with my iOS device really helps out in the case of slow network. Thanks AD & Tyco! Update: remote playback really increased the mobile functionality. Update: iOS 7 - already a great app getting better. Thx!!!

Used to work perfectly, but after last update IT STOPPED! Why should an update make things worse!?!?

Works well even with poor cell signal. Much better than a friend's CCTV app that is always crashing! Great job!

This app is great works just as it says it does. Picture is as beautiful as viewing from my internal network or monitor at the unit.Only things that could make it better for me is if navigating to cameras was a little easier and if the sound would steam to iPhone along with video or maybe I can't figure out how to get sound streaming.
